There are lots of tips, suggestions and support features on this page for relieving or decreasing anxiety. Try out the ones that feel right for you. Some, like meditation, are most beneficial when they are done daily over a period of time.

These new habits have lasting results. Others, like dancing, changing your mindset or tapping can produce more rapid results. All of them are intended to help you live with your anxiety and stop it from holding you back. A therapist can help you begin exploring underlying causes of anxiety, which our strategies don’t address.
